Shipping policy

At Zihua Ceramics, we work to process and deliver every order carefully and efficiently. Because our products are fragile ceramic items, each shipment is packed with protective materials before leaving our warehouse.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
  • Business days do not include weekends or public holidays
  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Areas

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

We currently do not support international shipping or delivery to overseas territories.

Estimated Transit Time

  • Standard shipping within the United States: Estimated 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier operations, weather conditions, holiday demand, or regional logistics delays.

Shipping Rates

  • Orders over $80 USD qualify for free standard shipping
  • Orders between $0–$79.99 USD are charged a flat $8 shipping fee
  • No hidden handling fees or additional shipping charges apply at checkout

Shipping Carriers & Tracking

We ship orders using trusted carriers including:

  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • USPS

After shipment, tracking information will be sent to the customer by email.
Customers may also view order and tracking details through their account if registered on our website.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to:

  • International destinations outside the United States
  • APO/FPO military addresses
  • Certain remote or restricted delivery regions determined by carriers

Delays & Delivery Issues

Shipping delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • National holidays
  • Carrier operational delays
  • Supply chain disruptions

If a package is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives heavily damaged, customers should contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so our support team can assist.

Local Pickup

At this time, we do not offer:

  • In-store pickup
  • Local hand delivery services

All orders are shipped directly through our delivery partners.
