Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of receiving the goods.
Example: “Self-received goods can be returned within 30 days from delivery date.”


Return Conditions

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be in original condition: unused or lightly used, with all original tags attached
  • No obvious wear, damage, or misuse signs
  • Returns accepted for buyer’s remorse (change of mind), non-defective items, and defective products

Non-returnable items include:

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Personal care or hygiene-related products
  • Opened sanitary items
  • Digital products
  • Clearance or final sale items

Return & Exchange Process

  • To start a return, please contact us via email or customer service
  • Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions
  • We provide a prepaid return label for eligible returns, including defective and approved non-defective returns
  • Customers should follow instructions to safely pack and ship the item back

Return Shipping Fees

  • Defective or damaged items: return shipping is fully covered by us
  • Non-defective returns: return shipping is free of charge as well
  • No additional handling or restocking fees will be charged

Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after inspection of returned items
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., PayPal, credit card)
  • No restocking fees or hidden deductions apply

Special Cases

  • Lost or damaged return shipments: please contact us with tracking details so we can assist in resolving the issue with the logistics provider
  • Partial returns or exchanges: supported upon request; customers may also choose replacement items if preferred
