Items must be in original condition: unused or lightly used, with all original tags attached
No obvious wear, damage, or misuse signs
Returns accepted for buyer’s remorse (change of mind), non-defective items, and defective products

Personal care or hygiene-related products
Opened sanitary items
Digital products
Clearance or final sale items

Return & Exchange Process

Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions
We provide a prepaid return label for eligible returns, including defective and approved non-defective returns
Customers should follow instructions to safely pack and ship the item back

Return Shipping Fees

Defective or damaged items: return shipping is fully covered by us
Non-defective returns: return shipping is free of charge as well
No additional handling or restocking fees will be charged

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after inspection of returned items
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., PayPal, credit card)
No restocking fees or hidden deductions apply

Special Cases

Lost or damaged return shipments: please contact us with tracking details so we can assist in resolving the issue with the logistics provider
Partial returns or exchanges: supported upon request; customers may also choose replacement items if preferred
